Reductions

Reductions for children in the parents' double room with supplementary bed:

· Children 0 - 3 years overnight stays for free.
· Children 4 - 8 years 50% reduction.
· Children 9 - 14 years 40% reduction.
· Teenagers 15 – 17 years 20% reduction.
· Additional 3rd bed for adults in a three bed room 10% reduction.

General conditions

· All prices include 10% V.A.T. and service.
· In case of V.A.T. rate changes the prices will be adapted.
· We charge a supplement for single rooms of € 6,00 per day.
· If a double room is used as single room the supplement is € 25,00 per day.
· Booking conditions:

· Cancellation:
In case of cancellation of a reservation 60 days before arrival we won't charge any costs.
In case of cancellation of a reservation from 60 to 21 days before arrival € 300,00 per room will be charged.
In case of cancellation of a reservation from 21 to 7 days before arrival 80% of the arrangement will be charged.
In case of cancellation of a reservation from less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the arrangement will be charged.
In case of early departure we calculate 100% of the arrangement

We recommend you to place a travel cancellation insurance.
We don't take responsibility in case of illness, bad weather and so on.
· On the day of departure please leave the room before 11am.
· On the day of arrival the room will be ready for occupancy from 2pm onwards.
